Founded in November 2021, Tontouch Technology is a high-tech enterprise engaged in the manufacturing of wearable smart devices, display devices, and medical sensors. Its products are widely used in industrial automation equipment, high-end medical equipment, military special equipment, and robotics. The company's general manager, Yao Xiuzhen, started his business in Suzhou and, through continuous exploration and innovation, gradually emerged as a prominent figure in the industry. With the strong support of Chizhou Economic Development Zone, Yao Xiuzhen moved the company across provinces, making it a new partner in the city's semiconductor industry chain. In today's rapidly developing technological landscape, from smartphones to tablets, from ATMs to industrial control equipment and high-end medical devices, the new display industry is experiencing rapid growth, with its market size expanding. Meanwhile, Chizhou's semiconductor industry is accelerating its expansion into new sectors such as automotive-grade power devices, memory chips, and new displays. The industry boasts a strong development atmosphere, robust policy support, and a relatively complete upstream and downstream supply chain, making it very attractive for investment and factory construction. Since its inception, Tontouch Technology has focused on the research, design, production, and sales of LCD and touch products. “We are actively promoting the research and development of several key projects. Narrow bezel design for touchscreens, high-brightness outdoor LCD screens, and full lamination of curved screens are all achievements of our research over the past two years. In particular, the full lamination solution for curved screens has effectively solved application problems in many industries, driving the diversification of touch display products and providing technical support for the development of new productivity,” Wang Sai, R&D Director of Tontouch Technology, told reporters. These R&D achievements have made the company a high-quality supplier for well-known domestic and international companies such as Haier, BOE, and Luxshare, and even Fortune 500 companies. Tontouch Technology attaches great importance to technological research and development and continuously increases its R&D investment. In 2024, in addition to gathering talent to expand its local R&D team, the company also built a new R&D center in Shanghai with more than 30 people. Tontouch Technology has achieved remarkable results on the road to technological innovation. To date, it has obtained 11 authorized patents, including 2 invention patents, 8 utility model patents, and 1 design patent. "2024 was the second year of the company's official production. We entered a phase of rapid development, with orders continuing to increase, achieving an annual output value of over 120 million yuan. After more than 20 years of deep cultivation in the display industry, Yao Xiuzhen and his team started a "second entrepreneurial venture" in Chizhou Economic Development Zone, devoting themselves to the R&D and manufacturing of complete machine products. "We started from 'zero' and ventured into the new field of complete machine products. This is both an inevitable requirement of changing market demands and an inevitable choice to enhance the company's core competitiveness," Yao Xiuzhen said. Although Tontouch Technology's scale is relatively small in the touch display industry, the company has the complete industrial chain supply capability of touch, display, full lamination, and cover glass, building a more flexible and efficient industrial ecosystem, which is a competitive advantage that many similar companies do not possess. As Tontouch Technology continues to integrate into the supplier systems of major domestic and international clients, its development prospects are very promising. "Previously, most complete systems in the commercial display industry were developed independently by solution providers, structural manufacturers, and panel manufacturers, lacking close cooperation and in-depth optimization between chip platforms, operating systems, and complete system components. There were also issues such as weak technological accumulation. Therefore, we decided to develop complete system products to further improve product performance and after-sales service capabilities," said Wang Sai. Currently, a series of complete system products independently developed and manufactured by Tontouch Technology are being tested by companies such as Haier, CheLianTianXia, and XinKe Group. Once the testing is stable, they will begin full-scale sales, forming a new growth point for revenue. Looking to the future, Tontouch Technology has a clear strategic plan and goals.
