In the new display industry layout of Chizhou Economic Development Zone, Anhui Tontouch Technology Co., Ltd. has secured an important position thanks to its continuous technological innovation. Since settling in the zone, the company has focused on the research and development and manufacturing of wearable devices, display modules, and medical sensors. It has successfully transformed key technologies such as narrow-bezel touchscreens, high-brightness outdoor LCD screens, and full lamination of curved screens. Furthermore, its reliable manufacturing capabilities have made it a partner of many well-known companies, including Haier and BOE.

Recently, reporters visited the company's production workshop and saw that all production lines were operating at high speed, with workers busy assembling complete products. Thanks to a recent 5 million yuan financing loan, the company's production capacity is continuously ramping up, and it is striving to achieve its annual production target.

"On the enterprise support platform jointly established by our bank, the Municipal Finance Bureau, and the Economic Development Zone Management Committee, we learned that the company's orders have increased significantly this year, but it is facing difficulties in working capital. Our bank contacted the company's负责人 immediately, quickly completed the verification and material submission, and simultaneously launched a green approval channel, achieving approval and loan disbursement in just seven working days," said Zhang Haiqiang, branch manager of the Chizhou branch of Bank of Communications.

A similarly bustling scene was unfolding at Anhui Zhongde Conveying Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., a company primarily producing rubber conveyor belts, tubular conveyor systems, and seals. Its products are widely used in material handling in coal mines, steel metallurgy, ports, and tunnel engineering. From the project's inception, the Chizhou Economic Development Zone Management Committee proactively ensured the company had sufficient resources in terms of water, electricity, gas, land, and labor to guarantee its smooth operation. After the first phase of the project went into operation, the Chizhou Economic Development Zone Management Committee continued to provide support. Following its assistance in securing financing through credit loans and land mortgages, it helped the company obtain another 5 million yuan in financing this year, further strengthening the company's confidence and internal drive for development.

This year, the Chizhou Economic Development Zone established a special team to assist enterprises with financing services. This team conducted in-depth surveys of the financing needs of over 100 key enterprises and established a dynamic management list of financing needs tailored to each enterprise. For enterprises meeting the credit criteria, materials were collected on-site and efficiently processed. For enterprises that did not yet meet the criteria, one-on-one financial guidance was provided to help them improve their conditions. To date, the task force, in conjunction with financial institutions, has conducted 43 on-site service visits, collected 23 financing issues, and resolved a total of 120 million yuan in financing needs.

"For enterprises that meet the credit criteria, we will fully promote financial institutions to optimize their credit processes to ensure that credit funds reach enterprises efficiently and directly. At the same time, we will establish a service ledger to connect enterprises with their financing needs, track and supervise key and difficult financing issues, and ensure that every matter receives a response and is resolved," said Ke Dan, Deputy Director of the Finance and Financial Bureau of Chizhou Economic Development Zone.
