"Now I can handle elderly care certification and other services right here at my doorstep, without having to travel far!" Recently, Ms. Zhang, a resident of Greenland City·Blue Butterfly Garden community, said happily after completing her business at the Greenland Party and Mass Service Center in Pingtianhu Community.

It is understood that the area east of Muzhilu is quite far from Pingtianhu Community. Previously, residents had to travel back and forth to handle matters such as medical insurance payments, elderly care certification, and low-income assistance applications, which was time-consuming and laborious. To solve this problem, the Social Affairs Bureau of Chizhou Economic Development Zone, through in-depth visits and research and after fully listening to the opinions of the masses, actively promoted the construction of service points at the Party and Mass Service Center, providing a number of convenient services for surrounding residents.

Since the beginning of this year, the Chizhou Economic Development Zone has deeply implemented the people-centered development philosophy, comprehensively promoting both people's livelihood and industrial development. Through the implementation of a series of projects benefiting the people, it has continuously improved the livability and workability of the zone: a dedicated bus line to Binhu Experimental School has been opened, providing efficient and direct transportation services for students in the Greenland area and around the Jiangkou roundabout; a number of livelihood projects have been planned and implemented, including the Senqiao Impression Party and Mass Service Center, Pingtianhu Community Health Center (Talent Medical Service Station), the upgrading and renovation of Binjiang Farmers Market, and the second phase of Chaoyang Primary School; illegal construction issues in resettlement communities such as Lingang New City and Qingxi Jiayuan have been addressed; 82 new electric bicycle charging sheds have been added; and the installation of streetlights in Xinzhou Group of Liupo Community has been launched to further ensure the safety of residents traveling at night.

On June 30th, in the production workshop of Anhui Tontouch Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tontouch Technology"), workers were busy assembling finished products in an orderly manner. This high-tech enterprise, specializing in the manufacture of wearable smart devices, display devices, and medical sensors, plans to complete the production target of 250,000 finished products this year.

As a key enterprise in the new display field in Chizhou Economic Development Zone, Tontouch Technology continuously explores and innovates, actively promoting the transformation and application of its R&D achievements, such as narrow-bezel touchscreen design, high-brightness outdoor LCD screens, and curved screen full lamination solutions, helping the company become a high-quality supplier for well-known enterprises such as Haier and BOE. At the end of 2024, Tontouch Technology established a new complete machine business unit. Starting in February of this year, the company's independently developed and manufactured complete machine products entered the mass production stage, marking a breakthrough in its commercial display field.

"Currently, our company has sufficient orders, and production capacity is steadily increasing," said Yao Xiuzhen, General Manager of Tontouch Technology. He explained that with the rapid expansion of its business, the company faced a funding gap in raw material procurement and equipment upgrades. This need was quickly addressed. The Municipal Finance Bureau, together with the Economic Development Zone Finance and Financial Bureau, organized a bank-enterprise matchmaking event, coordinating with financial institutions such as the Chizhou Development Zone Branch of the Agricultural Bank of China, the Chizhou Branch of the Postal Savings Bank of China, and the Chizhou Branch of the Bank of Communications to provide on-site services. After comprehensive evaluation, the three banks each intend to grant credit of 10 million yuan, and the approval process is currently being expedited.

Chizhou Economic Development Zone has continuously improved its "enterprise whistleblowing, department response" service mechanism, effectively addressing enterprise development challenges through proactive visits, precise coordination, and closed-loop management. As of the end of June, members of the zone's Party Working Committee leadership team had visited over 80 export-oriented and technology-based enterprises, collecting 59 issues related to resource guarantees, policy consultation and disbursement, and supporting infrastructure construction. Currently, over half of these issues have been resolved. For problems that are difficult to resolve immediately, they will be included in the zone's enterprise service center's supervision system, clearly defining responsible departments and completion deadlines, and undergoing a list-based, closed-loop tracking and evaluation process to promote resolution.
